The protection of your personal data is governed by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR") and/or Act No 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain laws, as amended (hereinafter "PDPA"). What rights do you have?

  1. a) Right of access to personal data

You have the right to know whether we process your personal data, and if so, you can ask us for access to your personal data. Upon your request, we will issue to you a certificate with information about the processing of your personal data by our company. 

  1. b) Right to rectification

Your personal data processed by us should be accurate, complete and up-to-date. If your personal data are inaccurate or out of date, you have the right to ask us to correct or amend your data. 

 (c) Right to erasure

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to have your personal data erased. You can ask us to erase your data at any time. We will erase your personal data if

  • We no longer need your personal date for the purpose for which you provided them to us;
  • You withdraw your consent;
  • You object to the processing of your personal data;
  • We process your personal data unlawfully;
  • The personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation;
  • You are a child, or the parent of a child, who has consented to the processing of personal data via the Internet.
  1. d) Right to impose a limitation on the processing

You can ask us to limit the processing of your personal data. If we carry out your request, we will only store your personal data and will not continue to work with them. The processing of your data will also be limited: if you notify us that your personal data are inaccurate, until we verify their accuracy; if we process your personal data illegally but you do not consent to their erasure and instead request us to limit the processing of your personal data; if we do not need your data any longer but you do need them in order to prove, exercise or defend your rights; or if you object to the processing of your personal data, until we verify that our legitimate interests override your reasons.

  1. e) Right to data portability

You have the right to request that we provide your personal data to you in an electronic form (such as an XML or CSV file) to allow you to easily transfer the data to another company. You can also ask us to transfer your personal data to the designated company directly. We will carry out your request to the extent you provided your personal data to us directly and you have given us your consent to their processing.

  1. f) Right to object

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you may object to such processing at any time. Based on your objection, we will delete your personal data. If we process your personal data in the following cases:

  • To perform a task carried out in the public interest, or to exercise vested public authority;
  • On the basis of our legitimate interest; or
  • To create a customer profile,

you can object to the personal data processing if you have personal reasons for doing so.

We will process your personal data exclusively for the purposes of informing you about the receipt of your order, notifying you of the dispatch of your order, delivering the order to you and issuing tax documents, and complying with applicable legislation.

Accordingly, we will process your personal data to the extent of name, surname, contact address, telephone number and e-mail address, and the subject-matter of your order.

Pursuant to Article 76 of the Value Added Tax Act, we must retain those personal data for a period of ten years after the end of the current year.
